At Combots in San Francisco last November I did the autonomous combat competition. A lot of robot competitions have rules for autonomous combat robots, but it doesn't seem like many people make them. It's a bit harder than an RC robot, but I bet there a lot of people here that could make one without difficulty. Anyway, here is some video of the Peanut Tin of Terror and John Frizell's Otto in autonomous combat.

Unfortunately they made the ring really small so the weapons didn't get a chance to spin up. We are going to try again with more room which should be more dramatic. I will try to get video of that, which should be more violent.
