WebbotDownloader not unzipping webbotlib_v1

Just a minor bug: WebbotDownloader not unzipping webbotlib_v1.30 automatically.

I think it's supposed to since it unzips v2.02 automatically. This is on a Linux machine, btw.

Make sure you've got the latest version of the downloader.
There was a bug to do with trailing zeros - ie it was unzipping 1.30 into 1.3
