Motor adjusting

Hello all,
I was hoping someone would be able to help me with a particular problem I'm having. I am trying to mount a hollow square shaft to a Window Motor (Dorman 742-252 listed here
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000C16XUI
) however because of the gear on there I am having some trouble. I wish to mount it along one of the sides so that as the motor turns the shaft will spin around or kind of pivot about one end. I would appreciate any tips or advice. Thanks!

It's not clear to me what you're trying to do.
Can you draw a picture? What size is the shaft you're trying to use (width, not length)?
