arduino brain library problems

I recently bought a force trainer headset from value village that goes with this toy

i found online that it contained a real eeg that detects concentration. the problem is that the library developed for the arduino doesn't work for me but i seem to be the only one. this is what it says. i can't even upload the sketch let alone see if it works. i followed this video
