if i m using simple motor in $50 robot inplace of HS-311 servo i need to change the software or not

if you use a speed controller to drive your motors that accepts servo inputs such as a sabertooth like this, then you should not need to alter your code. The speed controller connects just like a servo, and drives your motors in the same way that a servo modified for 360 rotation would rotate.

Im not sure if this is what you are asking- but I hope that helps. You will need another power supply to power a speed controller. For motors I would check out the solorbotics gm9 motors:
http://www.solarbotics.com/products/gm9/
A combination of two of those motors and a speed controller will behave exactly like servos modified for continuous rotation.
