comparing "Synchronous Interface" protocols such as CAN, I2C, SPI, USART

Hey guys,
Is there anyone who could compare "Synchronous Interface" protocols such as CAN, I2C, SPI, even USART in terms of speed, Noise Immunity and facilities of using each one ??  ::)
