Why are people so keen to go for books? I just don't get it. IMO, books are a bit outdated resource regarding computers, as technology advances faster than books are released. Why not to go for internet resources? Have a look here -->

I agree, I have been a C programmer for 10 years and I never refer to books, only google searches. if you are having a coding problem, odds are someone else has had that same issue and has posted the answer in a forum.
