Need Clean Schematic for PID CONTROL line follower robot posted by prateek

Guys  i have made give circuit on general pcb board.....
but lcd not showing any thing...

and sensor also not working...

i have given LM324 

4pin - 5v
11pin - 0v

so please help regarding this..

and also request to provide clean schematic or pcb file
