possible motors for a quad copter

hey guys would 4 of these motors be enough to create a small quadcopter:

of course their not brushless but their really cheap and this is my first time
would these motor suffice in flying, if so what problems or limitations could i meet

I think they should be able to lift very small and light frame (how small and how light I don't know, You have to try it Yourself).
