Sharp IR Distance Sensor Availability

Hi, I am having a lot of trouble procuring:
GP2Y0A700K0F

GP2Y0A02YK0F
http://search.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?Detail?name=425-2062-ND

Both Digikey and Mouser are out of them.  Does anyone know of any sites that offer both of these distance sensors?
