Heya, glad to hear that you'relookin into getting some professsional pcb work done. I work for a CM that does PCB population. We can place all sorts of smt parts, and some that are really tiny (.01005 mm). we use a couple of differant board houses, I would check around for companies that allow you to have a builds as small as 1 board. Otherwise you might get stuck with a a min order of like 100 boards, but you can always sell them
. try giving excel boards a call, or bear boards. I'm a pcb designer in my spare time and I can tell you that when you send the gerber files to the board house make sure that you include the silk screen files when them. It might be hard to place your part unless you know where they go (small boards not really a problem, big boards might have some trouble). I don't know what program you're useing but always double check your connections and never ever use an auto-router. it can make a mess of your board. please feel free to ask me any questions about pcb design or pcb population, I'm always happy to help.
