urgent help required..!!!

i have made the $40 robot but its not running. the motors are not getting started at all and as soon as i give the connection all the led's start glowing. what may be the problem? i have made the circuit for a white line follower.

Are the two red LEDs glowing. If not adjust the presets until they glow.

yup the 2 red leds and even the green led is glowing  :o

Which circuit have you built?
Are you using the L293D or the transistors to drive the DC motor.

What are the ratings of the DC motor you are using?
And also, what is the specifications of the battery you are using?
