May some1 plz explain to me how on earth does a servo spin around 360o. I thought they went back and forward, like 40o each way or something...Aren't they for RC Planes and things? I have never heard of a servo spinning 360o

Servos come in a variety of flavors from the manufacturer with varying degrees of rotation. The amount a servo can rotate is generally determined by a built in POT. Different POTs, different amounts of movement. Remove the POT from the drive mechanism inside the servo (but not from the servo, just the gearing) and you have a continously rotating servo.
