burn connected matlam and c & recommended software to vision

I have a vision code in matlab and I want to burn in into my electrical circuit in order to robot do what the code say
I also have another code in c that I want to burn it and I want to do a connection between the c code and the matlab code
How I do this ?
Another question is
What software do you recommend to use to a vision computer in robotics

You will not be able to port your matlab code to a microcontroller. You will need to rewrite it in C to work with your camera.
