Inductance Vs. Magnetic Stenght

I want to use an inductor as an electromagnet and I have a choice of many different inductance values from 15uh to 10mh. They are all the same size. I am assuming that the wire size and number of wraps varies. My question is which value will give me the strongest magnetic field, which will be able to pick up the most.

According to wikipedia:

inductance * current = magnetic flux

Therefore, a higher inductance would give you a higher magnetic flux.
