Proffesional Soldering Iron
« on: October 07, 2008, 03:20:20 PM »
Hello everyone

Found this soldering iron :http://www.amazon.com/Aoyue-Profesional-Repair-Rework-Station/dp/B000HDJ5J2/ref=pd_ts_hi_4?ie=UTF8&s=hi

It's pretty cheap and it looks like the ultimate iron.
Check out the Roboduino, Arduino-compatible board!

If you're looking for cheap stations that do it all, another company is madelltech.  I'd be curious how that iron works out... the price is VERY good for all the tools.

Whoa thanks curiousinventor!

Exactly what I need:
http://www.madelltech.com/solderpot.html

I've struggled to find one cheap, for lead-free solder, and can handle above 4.5". I'll buy one as soon as I get back into the states.

But I wonder what the shipping on these guys are . . .
