I would suggest creating a plan. What do you want your robot to do, do you want it to mow your lawn, or maybe just be something fun? How big?
Since you have the parts I would suggest a bottom up approach. Think of all the things you can build with the parts you have and then make a decision, start with the simple things and as you get better work into the more complex.
I wouldnt have spent that money but then again I dont have that kind of money. If you know nothing about robotics you may want to put those parts into standby and begin with simple kits or tutorials but ultimately the decision is yours(we dont have the ability to go to your house and make you work...
