circuit simulator software

hey im pretty new to all of this but i was wondering if there was some software to simulate a circuit board instead of putting everything on a breadboard...i know im lazy lol but seemed like a decent idea

I am kinda new to this also, but when searching for the same thing, I found a program called PCB123. It is linked to a company that sells the circuit that you design, but it does allow you to construct pcb's and test them

For AVR and its peripherals the best thing is VMlab http://www.amctools.com/download.htm (free).
