Making a schematic in EagleCAD...
« on: November 17, 2008, 03:13:29 PM »
When I follow a tutorial on how to make a schematic in EagleCAD, I am supposed to use the "Add" button, when I do, no parts come up, am I supposed to download a library of parts?

In the library menu at the top of the screen select the use or open option.  This will open a list of libraries installed in Eagle.  Select and open the libraries you want to use.  This will populate the edit -> add window.

Go to the Main Window (Eagle Panel) and right click on the "library folder"  and then left click on "Use all libraries".. ;)
