«
on:

i have an r/c car with a chip that reads
1st line: 2609AL
2nd line: NIKKO 127B
What does that mean in term of finding pin control?
(ex. pin 1 - forward, pin 2 - reverse)
Where can i find a schematic to show me?

The first line you refer to is the chip number
The second line usually gives manufacturer, date code etc.
I coudn't find the datasheet for the AL variant but presume this is your device
http://pdf1.alldatasheet.com/datasheet-pdf/view/53361/FAIRCHILD/KSC2609A.html
Next time just type the chip number into a search engine and check the results or go to Alldatasheets.com and type the chip number in the search bar there.
