Mac Compatibility
«

I am thinking about getting a Mac in the near future. Since I haven't built any robots yet I don't know anything about the software or about robot programming. How compatible is a Mac and it's OS with robot software? Also how will getting a Mac affect what I can do/use in robotics?
Thanks

Depends on what software you plan to use.
Not very compatible at all actually with what I use. You can use a virtual machine, but if you do something processor intensive (like CAD or a simulator) it'll be really slow.
