ee undergrad senior design

Can someone help me with how I can turn the $50.00 robot into a senior design project? A senior design project requires more than just assembling parts to create a whole. Admin's tutorials are excellent in this site, however, my senior design would have to be more research oriented. Can I do something with this robot that nobody has really done it, or at least not heavily publicized? The bottom line is it has to be like a design project. Your kind help would be deeply appreciated.

You don't want it to be heavily publicized because you don't want to be caught cheating? Well if you really are in college, you should know that you don't learn anything from buying premade things and telling people you made them, that is called plagiarism, and is frowned upon by most universities.

I think he wanted to buy the robot to use for research. Now he is asking for what he can research with it.

Ask a prof what to research?
