Here's another question for y'all... The shield for my Arduino needs a serial; which one goes in the middle- tx,rx, or the GND?

It shows that tx and rx are side by side, with GND on the outside which is kinda inconvenient but whatever, they're making a crapload, so I cant criticize.

Sorry, I didn't explain the question properly.
I'm making a shield for my Arduino and its gonna include a serial. Usually which is in the middle (ie if I wanted to plug a computer into it, how would the pins be arranged) I hope that clarifies it. Sorry about the trouble.

Computers plug into plugs, not into pins; If you want to provide pins - stick with Arduino's arrangement; If you want to place a plug on your shield you'll obey the rules of the plug (serial, usb, what you have)
