Hi, Im new in this stuff and i bought motors that have only two wires, these:

plz, I don't know what to do, I read that i need 3 wired servos for the micro controller

You need to buy a motor driver. The motors connect to the motor driver, and the motor driver connects to the microcontroller.

We need more specs on the motor you are using. All I see is a cartoon image of a box with two wires coming out  ???

and, I got a bit larger DIP socket than this (50$ robot)
my have 20 holes at each side

does it matter something? (is it crucial)
and...I got 25v capacitor (it's no problem to replace it beacose they are about 1$ ;D ;D ;D

Yes its crucial. You need to have 28 pins for the ATMega8.
25v cap is fine. As long as its not under 10v youll be alright.

He's got "20 on each side" and that's for a 40 pin dip; The 28 pin Atmega 168 would fit in there just fine - but it would leave 6 empty holes on each side :) Just make sure you align it properly (ie: get a pen and number your pins on both sides of the board make sure you plug your control in the marked spot!)
