Equivalent Servo

Hi everyone. I would like to know if the "HCAM 0149 Servo Hobbico CS-60 servo" is equivalent to the "Hitec HS-311 servo". I am trying to build the $50 robot but I only found the HCAM 0149 Servo Hobbico CS-60 servo so I wanted to know if I can use it instead of using the Hitec HS-311 servo. Thanks for helping.
