The first robtics competition happens annually, each year they send each team two crates of stuff.... I was wondering whats innthe crates and what you need to learn etc. and what I canget along the lines of the stuff so that I could work with that stuff a little bit(a think the main thing is mechanical engineering and programming most of the sensors are bught pre made)

ohhh, id say parts (sensors, mcu's, servos, chassis material, general electronics...) that sorta stuff. well to work with the stuff you would need a basic knowledge of electronics, but this does depend on how sophisticated the parts are.

They tell you exactly what you should get in the crates on the website. Heres this years parts list:

-EDIT-
I just read over the list. They give such awesome freakin stuff now! When I was doing the FIRST competitions in highschool the stuff they sent wasnt as awesome... damn...

The best improvement this year was the cRIO but the parts were expensive were in debt again.
