8-pin AVR breakout

Decided to make a breakout board for 8 pin tinyAVRs (25/45/85)
Nothing much to it, only made it because it would look cleaner than the proto-board version with wires all on the underside.
Note the awesome Sparkfun staggered pin design  :D
It's on batchpcb for $4.24

I actually feel embarrassed to ask cause I tell people I know eagle well.... :P

do you mean how he rotated it like 30 degrees? the command is  {rotate r30 'MEGA1'} where mega1 is the component you would like to rotate and "30" is the amount of rotation in degrees.

at the top left in eagle, after selecting to move a component, it asks what angle you want it at
