Help me identify this part!

Hey guys.  I know this is a longshot, but I've lost the documentation for this H-bridge and can't figure out who makes it.  It's marked with a "WE" on the bottom.  The only IC with any sort of identifying information is a Texas Instruments chip marked "2CC032K HCT04".  How can I figure this out?? It's driving me crazy.

i don't know if this will help you but here is the datasheet: http://www.datasheetpro.com/941247_download_HCT04_datasheet.html
i couldn't find anything with 10mins of googling and the "2CC032K" returned no results however "HCT04" returned a whole heap of foreign results ???
