I wanted to use Picasso Google Pics to post a picture inline. It did not work. Does anyone know why the image won't embed here in the forum?

The image doesn't embed like this, because you used the url of the page it is on. You should have used the url of the image itself. You can get this through right-clicking on the image and selecting "Copy Image Location" (or maybe something similar if you're using IE).

You should also put the url between the img tags like below. (note that this is the url you should have used.)
