Fanuc I/O
« on: July 15, 2009, 07:06:09 PM »
I am a beginner here and with robots and I could use some help.  I have a Fanuc robot with an RJ2 controller.  I am trying to configure the Process I/O PCB.  I don't understand what the starting point means in the config menu.  I understand what the rack and slot configs are, just not the starting point.   Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

Not entirely sure to what 'starting point' is referenced to in the manual . . .

I would assume thats the robot arm default position. For example, when you boot up the arm, where do you want to arm to always start at?
