I want to buy lego parts like gears, links, couplers, motors, controllers…
I don't want to buy toys
I want to buy parts to design and build robots in lego
Where I can find this lego parts ?

BrickLink is the best. You can get any part you need at pretty good prices. Shop at Home has only some parts and mostly sets, expensive for my taste.
