CP2102 above 128000bps?

I just realized my XP Dell laptop won't let me set my CP2102 serial to USB baud higher than 128000bps.

Has anyone been able to go higher, and if so, what OS/system?

(the chip is rated to 1Mbps, but it appears my PC USB isn't)

The chip can go to 1M, but apparently the driver only goes to 128k.
